One-Day Speciality Camps- perfect for playdates!
THREE CHEERS FOR SUMMER! Our 2025 Camp Registration will open at 6 a.m. on January 31, 2025.
While it may be winter, we’ve got SUMMER on our minds! Exciting plans are finalized for our 2025 St M Summer Spectacular Camps — with over 54 camps from which to choose! It’s the experience campers deserve!
SEVEN 2025 camp weeks will be offered from June 16-August 8 for ages 4-14. St M had record-breaking, sold-out attendance at our camp programs last summer.
It’s going to be a SPECTACULAR SUMMER at St. Michael’s!
With camps in art, STEM/science, sports, cooking/baking, coding/technology, nature discovery, and more, we have lots of exciting and fun-filled camps for ages 4-14!
- Morning and Afternoon Camp options (register for both sessions for full-day care), plus an early moring drop-off option
- NEW THIS YEAR: Three exciting ONE-DAY specialty camps featuring Wacky Water play, Zany Zoo Day (with the Richmond Metro Zoo AND Teeny Tiny Farm), plus an end-of-summer Field Day. Perfect for playdates with friends!
- Please INVITE YOUR FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS to participate! All are welcome! You do NOT need to be a St. Michael’s student to attend camp.

What is the refund/cancellation policy on camps?
- For cancellations made more than two weeks before the start of your chosen camp, there will be a non-refundable deposit of $100.00, and you can receive a credit for the remainder paid.
- If you receive a credit for a camp, the credit may be used at a future time unless another camper can take the spot. In the event that another camper takes that spot, the amount paid can be refunded less the $100 non-refundable deposit.
- For cancellations made less than two weeks before the start of your chosen camp, the cancellation fee will be applicable, and you will not receive a credit/refund for the remainder paid.
- For any requested CAMP TRANSFERS, a $35 charge will be applied per each transfer/per camp. These charges will automatically be charged to the credit card on file.
- No refunds or reimbursements will be offered for missed days of camp.
- LATE PICKUP FEES: If a child(ren) is picked up from the chosen camp late, applicable late fees will apply. A $25.00 late fee may be applied for pickups up to 5 minutes after the end of your chosen camp’s carpool. At 6 minutes following the end of camp, a $50.00 late fee will be applied. These charges will automatically be charged to the credit card on file.
St. Michael’s Episcopal School’s child day program (Extended and Auxiliary Programming) is exempt from licensure and is not regulated by the Virginia Department of Education. This program is recognized as a Virginia Council for Private Education exempt or accredited program and is not licensed by the Virginia Department of Education (VDOE). While we follow basic health and safety standards, our program is not routinely monitored or inspected by the VDOE. We operate under an approved exemption in accordance with § 22.1-289.030 of the Code of Virginia.
